Vanilla bean paste
All-purpose flour

Some tips and tricks before you get started
Have all your ingredients weighed and ready to go before starting. If you ware weighing and adding as you go, the resulting batter will be really firm and hard to spread into the tray
Have all ingredients at room temperature before starting to ensure a soft batter for pouring into the tray (see above note)
The have the brownies on a fudgier side, bake for 25 mins or 30 mins for a more cakey brownie.
Make sure the brownie is completely cooled before removing from the baking tray. The brownie could break if it is removed too early.
If you don't have red velvet oreos readily available to you, the regular oreos will work too.
This recipe make 30 small(ish) brownie pieces, if you are wanting the pieces to be larger just cut them larger!

In a microwave proof bowl, add the butter and the dark chocolate and microwave in 30 second bursts until melted. Add in the sugar and vanilla and whisk until combined.
Add the eggs in and whisk together until the eggs are fully incorporated
Add the flour, cocoa, salt, 1 sleeve of crushed red velvet oreos and chocolate chips and mix until fully incorporated
